Hold your hands out in front of you until bubbles form around your hands.  

Once you find your opponent, look at the Start Button for 3 seconds to start the match.

Once the meter is full, the opponent will move to your bag.

Your opponent takes damage when you punch your bag and when you dodge their attacks.
